Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home is proud to sponsor a Toys for Tots Drive to make the holiday season brighter for local families in need.
We invite residents and businesses of Riverhead and the surrounding communities to join in the effort. Donations of new unwrapped toys for children of all ages can be placed in the Toys for Tots collection box during business hours, 9am to 4pm daily at the Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, 406 East Main Street, Riverhead.
The United States Marine Corps created the Toys for Tots program in 1947. Since then, the program has distributed over 566 million toys. In 2023 alone, in cooperation with local businesses like Tuthill Mangano Family Funeral Home, the program made Christmas merrier for 9.9 million children. The mission of Toys for Tots is simply to bring joy to children in need by providing new toys at Christmas and sending a message of hope.
